“Fiat Lux” is a Latin phrase which means “Let There Be Light.” Light is a metaphor for insight which leads to change when embarking on the journey of counseling. Change is about breaking unhealthy patterns of behavior and gaining healthier perceptions of issues that arise in your own personal life. My goal is to help you gain insight and assist you to improve your ability to promote beneficial changes that matter most to you. The spectrum of insight you gain from counseling leads to progress in coping in the area of emotional, behavioral and/or interpersonal.

I offer a comfortable, welcoming and confidential environment that helps adults, teens, and children feel safe as they speak with me about their personal issues. In addition my practice area encompasses Cumberland, Dauphin, York and Perry counties. I also provide off-street parking as well as a handicap accessible building.
